time courses
Hi,
I am a graduate student in statistics and I would like to apply my method on fMRI time series to construct a region-based network.
I am going to use the ROI time series data;in particular I am going to use the AAL time courses for OHSU site.
I am very new in fMRI data analysis and I found the forum and all the available information very helpful and useful.
I understand that the time courses are BOLD-signals (averaged over all voxels) observed every TR ms. For OHSU ALL time course the number time points are 74
However, at the OHSU site the number of measurements are 82, the duration of the scan is 3.32 and TR=2,500ms
So I am wondering why there is difference between the number of time points.
I would really appreciate any answer and help.
Thank you
