The Neuro Bureau is excited to announce the latest updates to the ADHD200 preprocessed data initiative:

1. The ADHD200 Global Competition test release dataset has been preprocessed through the Athena pipeline. The data can be downloaded from ( http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index...) in various formats.

2. We have included regional homogeneity maps for both the training and test datasets ( http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index... ). We would like to thank Dr. Xinian Zuo for contributing his scripts for ReHo calculation.

3. Data from the NIAK pipeline is coming online ( http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index... ). Currently, NIAK preprocessed versions of the KKI and OHSU datasets are available, and the others will be made available soon. In addition to using different preprocessing tools than the Athena dataset, NIAK also includes extracted time courses for functional parcellations using 1000 and 3000 regions.

4. Due to the efforts of Cheng Wei, a bug was found in how the Athena pipeline performs bandpass filtering. We fixed the problem and re-released the filtered fMRI data as well as the extracted time-courses a while ago. But, as Cheng Wei pointed out, the fALFF maps were also effected by the filtering bug. We have fixed the fALFF files, they are available here ( http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index... ).

We hope that you find these resources valuable for the ADHD200 Global Competition as well as your future research!

Regards,
Cameron Craddock and the Neuro Bureau
