According to the BrainNet Viewer Manual, I can set the colormap after load the surface file and node file in the option window. However, the given setting cannot match my result. Here what I want to get:

In my result, a node means a center of tumors cluster. Node's size means the size of the tumors cluster, and color stands for the tumor grade. There are 4 grades so the color is modular. I want the node color is gradient so as to show the frequency of tumors cluster.

I'm not proficient in coding. Is there any way to solve this?
