Where can I get the parameters for that? Is there any atlases for that? I was able to creat nodes using coordinates from the atlas, but for the surface or volume I can not find a way. When I tried opening data files provided by BrainNet Viewer I get the error messages saying brain net cannot open file because the developer cannot be identified.
