Double-brain plot with different nodes per side
Hello!
I'm looking to generate a double-brain image to show how two networks interact with one another (both inter and intra-network connections). However, the manual seems to indicate that this can only be done using the SAME set of nodes (by copy/pasting the nodes and then creating a symmetrical matrix of edges). Is there any way to create a plot where two networks with DIFFERENT nodes have connectivity?
I imagine this would be easy to do if one could specify where the "split" is in the node file. Can this be done? Thanks!
