Using command line for edge thickness and node color

Hello,

I am very comfortable with using the GUI to generate my brain graphs, but I want to move away from the GUI and use the command line more to create my images. I know there are some commands you can use on matlab to generate the images, and those work great, but I was wondering if there is a way to use the command line more to customize the image. Specifically, I was looking to see if I could use the command line to change the color of my nodes, and more importantly the thickness of my edges. If so, I am not sure what code I would use to achieve that. Any and all help would be appreciated!

Thank you!

RE: Using command line for edge thickness and node color

Hi there,

I am also stuck on the same problem. Everything I have tried so far seems not to work from the command window and node and edge colour stays the same. On GUI it works perfectly.

Maybe it is not possible to change colours via command window yet.

If anyone has succeeded to do this, I would be very grateful to know how you have done it!

Healthy Regards,
