Is there a way to use command line like "BrainNet_MapCfg" in standalone version in linux? I tried "run_BrainNet.sh MCR_install_path BrainNet_MapCfg" but only get a white window. I could not find the grammar to input the surface, node files. 

By the way, "run_BrainNet.sh MCR_install_path" works fine.

I figured it out myself :). Let's just use Matlab Runtime to generate MCR installation file and exe/sh. The input file can be as simple as one-line: "BrainNet_MapCfg(......)".
