DTI-TK helps constructing a DTI template for rhesus macaques Posted By: Gary Hui Zhang - Sep 21, 2011Tool/Resource: DTI-TK Dr Nagesh Adluru from Prof Andrew Alexander's group at Wisconsin-Madison recently developed a first-of-its-kind DTI template for rhesus macaques. The DTI template is built from over 250 rhesus monkeys, the largest number ever used to build such a template. The template construction used an optimized version of DTI-TK tailored for monkey brains. The most recent release of DTI-TK has incorporated these optimizations and everyone can now benefit from this effort. For further details of this template, please refer to Dr Adluru's NeuroImage paper here: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2... |
