Supported data format in HAMMER
HAMMER is used to register two MR images. Please make sure the two
input images have the same image size and data type. Please make
sure the white matter (WM) , gray matter (GM), and cerebrospinal
fluid (CSF) are set to 250, 150, and10, respectively.

The input to HAMMER could be all kinds of medical data formats
which ITK supports, such as ANALYZE and NIfTI data format.

Since HAMMER is the 3D deformable registration method, the input
images must be 3D images.
