How to install HAMMER in 3D Slicer
The following steps will guide you to install the HAMMER module in
3D slicer:
1. Download the latest version of 3D slicer by typing the command "svn co http://svn.slicer.org/Slicer3/trunk Slicer3".
2. Compile the 3D slicer with the following command "./Slicer3/Scripts/getbuildtest.tcl --update --release".
3. Choose the "Extension Management Wizard" from the menu in 3D Slicer. Then check "Find&Install" box, click "next". Next you will find the "HammerRegistration" module, as shown in the image attached in the next message. Then click "next" to proceed to automatically finish the installation.
