Hi,
I need the neonatal brain segmentation in MR images, including white matter, cortical grey matter, deep grey matter, CSF, brainstem, cerebellum, hippocampus, and amygdala. I am hoping the new version can have this function. Thanks!

These are great suggestioins.
We will label the infant brain images into more detailed ROIs, besides thoese WM, GM and CSF.
