Hi,

I have a diffusion AP and PA merged data that is preprocessed through FSL (topup and eddy commands). I was trying to input the NIFTI files for diffusion data as well as bvecs files that were created after EDDY (eddy_rotated) and bvals but unfortunately the job has failed. 
Any recommendations/solutions?
