Problem with PANDA v1.3.1 stuck
Dear Zaixu and team,
I am contacting you because of a recurrent issue I have using the PANDA toolbox.
Everything starts fine and runs pretty well, but at some point during processing, it seems some processes get stuck before they can actually finish, and remain in a "submitted" state. Note that the computer is still "working" but with no outcome. I attached the PIPE_history.txt file at the time I send this email for you to see what I mean.
This is true on different platforms (Linux or Mac), different Matlab versions (R2014b or R2018b).
Are you aware of a fix? Is there a way to manually resume the unfinished processes?
Each time I decide to restart preprocessing on my cohort (I have 42 subjects) this happens for different subjects...
Also how can I save and edit manually the parameters I enter through the GUI?
I am using PANDA v1.3.1 (released 2016), Matlab 2018b on Mac OSX10.13.6 (High Sierra).
Please let me know if you need more information to troubleshoot this issue.
Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Yann
