The gifticlib library has been updated for the LabelTable format change, changing the 'Index' attribute to 'Key'. When reading datasets, either attribute is valid. Only 'Key' will be written out.

Any code depending on this library will need to change the 'index' field of the giiLabelTable struct to 'key', in order to compile. The python library on top of gifticlib will need a corresponding change.

The library version with this modification is 1.08.
