Regarding metadata, I can see requiring the following to be
preserved:

AnatomicalStructurePrimary
AnatomicalStructureSecondary
GeometricType
Intent_code (for just a few very well-known codes)
- and corresponding intent_p{1,2,3}
Name
TimeStep
TopologicalType

I don't think we need to require Date or Username. Date would
necessarily change in any case, and some might prefer Username
not included at all.

Does that seem reasonable? Any comments?
