Please any one help me how to use Network based Statistics (NBS) toolbox, with the results obtained from conn neuroimaging software.

Hi Deepa,

my understanding is that CONN implements a version of NBS quite well. So you should be able to complete all of your analyses in CONN, including use of the NBS. 

I.e., I don't think that there is a need to export results from CONN into the NBS toolbox. Just perform the NBS natively in CONN.
