Spatial Pairwise Clustering
Hi,
I saw that SPC is not available in NBS v1.2. Is this functionality still planned?
If yes, what is the timeline?
If no, can someone point me to the neighborhood function in the code. I assume that changing the neighborhood function would suffice to change NBS to SPC?

Hi jumac,
we have not completed any developments towards implementing SPC in the toolbox.
You might be interested in a related approach called the topological cluster statistic (TCS), which we have been working on recently:

Code is available and it is implemented in FSL PALM
