I have a question about selecting thresholds for my analysis. When using the toolbox, I obtain a large number of connections in my results. To obtain a meaningful shape (for displaying the network) with suitable connections for extracting information, I have been using thresholds of 8, 13 or 20, which have provided good results.

However, I am unsure if using such high threshold values is a mistake and if there is a specific range for selecting thresholds. Can you provide any guidance on this matter?
