I had a question in conditioin setup. In my experiment the information regarding condition type and duration is stored in prt. file, and the duration was stored as TRs. I have a program that converts my prt files into tsv files, but the duration information was converted into milliseconds instead of seconds. Can I ask if there is a way for CONN to take milliseconds as measure of duration length?

I think that this question would be better suited for the CONN list. 

Converting from ms to s, won't impact statistical inference.
