Dear AFNI experts,


I am new with this software. I feel more confident with FSL and SPM...and if the first time I am trying to use AFNI for doing an ALFF analysis.

I have installed AFNI as well as FSL in my pc...but when I call afni from the terminal, it opens and I do not know what I have to do. I now the parameters I need for doing the analysis and how I have to arrange the data (functional, T1 and T1manual betted image)...but, apart of this...I am absoltely lost.

I was wondering if any of you could give me some helping with this...some screeshots of the different steps I have to follow would be very helping.

I am really desperate because I have been searching, looking for presentations and the only I have got is that I need to run 3dRSFC function...but nothing more.

I am sorry I only see this message now. 

If you are interested in using CPAC to calculate your ALFF using CPAC, please take a look at the user guide of CPAC. CPAC can handle resting state fMRI from preprocessing to functional connectivity and network calculations with a few configuration files. Please check out the url below, and we are happy to assist you in using it if you have questions.

We also have an old BASH pipeline which does similar thing with FSL + AFNI. It can also calculate ALFF and fALFF, if you want to know what programs and commands are used for ALFF calculation, you can take a look at it. but it is not actively maintained at this point.
