correlation matrix?
Hi,
We're starting to use CPAC, and it looks really good so far ;)
We have one question for now: let's say we need to compute a correlation matrix between all regions of a given atlas (let's say AAL)... Is it possible? If so, how? (we havn't explicitely seen this feature, also I guess it has to be estimated for the computation of the network centrality for instance)
Thanks in advance for your help!
Sylvain

RE: correlation matrix?
Hey Sylvian,
I'm glad you're finding CPAC useful!
You're absolutely right that the creation of this kind of matrix is necessary when generating certain derivatives (Centrality, CWAS). An early version of CPAC had the option to export this matrix, but in practice the memory needed to do so was excessive, so the feature was removed. At various times we have discussed adding this option back, but have so far been focusing on other features. If this is something you'd like to see in a future release, please feel free to create a new issue on our development site at https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC/issues and we can discuss it with the development team.
Thanks for using CPAC, and let us know if you have any other questions.
