just curious if fmriprep and xcpengine can be added unto nitrc-ce? especially in container version to use singularity.

Hi Xiaozhen,
We can certainly look into getting these installed on NITRC-CE.
Until then, you should be able to download and run them yourself; Singularity is installed on CE.
