Disk full fast
Dear all
Maybe it's a silly mistake.
I tried using 2 different machines, each one with more than 400 Gb of capacity (8 Gb or RAM and so on), but when I upload my data via SSH the disk fills quickly (2 Gb max) and it does not let more data in. I tried it with 2 different machines as I said.
I used the tutorial in youtube and did exactly the same. I'm guessing the files are not writing in the main 400 Gb HDD, but instead on the fast HDD with low capacity.
Can I get any help with this? I would like to use the NITRC cluster, it's a great tool. Perhaps there is a folder I should upload everything to?
Thanks in advance
Eduardo

RE: Disk full fast
Hi Eduardo,
The data transfer video does put data to the primary (smaller) disk.
How are you adding the larger disk? Depending on how you do this, it will appear in different places, and you will have to make sure your upload points to this disk (rather than the Downloads folder as the video demonstrates).
