Purpose The National Database for Autism Research (NDAR) now contains harmonized -omics, imaging, and phenotypic data on over 44,000 research subjects. Recent developments include the establishment of rich datasets (imaging and genomic) in the Amazon computational cloud and the ability to filter and download data based upon phenotypes and attributes. Given these capabilities, the purpose of this meeting is to establish a user’s group of those interested in the potential to advance scientific discov-ery using NDAR, its federated repositories, and the computational tools and pipelines now becoming available in the cloud. Objectives Broad capabilities now enable users to identify, download, and compute on data contained in NDAR. These capabilities are now available to the field. The invitees to this conference will be provided in-struction on how to use NDAR now to advance discovery, provide short-term feedback on how NDAR can improve to meet scientific needs, and develop a user group to continue this feedback for the next year. As human subjects data will be shown at this meeting, an NDAR Data Access Agreement in the name of the attendee must be active prior to April 22.
