FCTA 2013 Posted By: NITRC ADMIN - Sep 1, 2013Tool/Resource: Conferences, Workshops and Meetings CALL FOR PAPERS 5th International Conference on Fuzzy Computation Theory and Applications - FCTA 2013 Website: http://www.fcta.ijcci.org/ September 20 - 22, 2013 Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal Position Papers
Paper Submission: May 20, 2013
Fuzzy computation is a field that encompasses the theory and application of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic to the solution of information processing, systems analysis and synthesis problems. Bolstered by information technology developments, the extraordinary growth of fuzzy computation in recent years has led to major applications in fields ranging from medical diagnosis and automated learning to image understanding, decision and systems control. This conference intends to be a major forum for scientists, engineers and practitioners interested in the study, analysis, design, modeling and implementation of fuzzy systems, both theoretically and in a broad range of application fields. FCTA 2013 is part of the International Joint Conference on Computational Intelligence (IJCCI 2013) that has 2 more conferences with very strong synergies between them, namely: - ECTA: International Conference on Evolutionary Computation Theory and Applications (http://www.ecta.ijcci.org) - NCTA: International Conference on Neural Computation Theory and Applications (http://www.ncta.ijcci.org) These three concurrent conferences are held in parallel and registration to one warrants delegates to attend all three.
