FWE correction: Error message halfway through analysis
Hi! I have a question about why the FWE correction analysis stops midway through with an error message? Attached is the Execution Log for my FWE correction analysis. Thank you for your help!

RE: FWE correction: Error message halfway through analysis
Hello Emily,

Could you tell me how many subjects has the study with the smallest sample size?

Kind regards,
Lydia

RE: FWE correction: Error message halfway through analysis
Hi Lydia!

Thank you for your response! I was able to resolve the problem by decreasing the number of threads that I was using to run the FWE correction analysis. Thank you!

Best wishes,
Emily

Dear Lydia

I encountered a "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): bad_alloc" error while running the FWE. I suspect this is due to insufficient memory. I have a total of over fifty .txt files and am performing 1000 permutations. Approximately how much memory would be required to run this?

Best regards,
