subgroup analysis
Hi,
I tried to run a subgroup analysis by a 0 and 1 filter, to divide the studies into adolescents and adults, however when I run MyMean -- choose this filter, SDM reports "Compressed file 'MyAge_z.nii.gz' not found."

Dear Jack,
Could you tell me which version of SDM were you using?
Did you perform a mean analysis with all subjects and then a meta-regresion of the age, or did you just directly compute the mean analysis with the filter of adults?

Hi Lydia,
What is the difference between using the filter for a dummy variable in the mean analysis and using the linear model? How to interpret the different results?
