How to extract the data of n1 and n2 in self-controlled studies?
Dear all,
I need to conduct a meta-analysis using SDM-PSI to find the difference between pre and post scans. But I don’t know how to extract the data of n1 and n2 in sdm_table.txt file. I would be grateful if you could answer and explain my questions.

best wishes

Thanks!

Dear Huaixin Zhou,

If you only have one sample, you just need to have the column n1 with the size of that sample,

Kind regards,
Lydia
