subgroup analysis with one output

Dear Experts,

I have conducted a meta-analysis of rs-fMRI connectivity comparing a patient group to a control group. I have also run a subgroup analysis comparing two subgroups within the patient population (coded 1 for group 1 and 0 for group 2 in the SDM table); however, in the output files, there are only two types of files ending in z_tfceCorrected_p_0.05000_10 and  z_tfceCorrected_p_0.05000_10_neg. Reading through the forum, I expected to find comparison results with contrasts such as 10m00, 10m01, 01m00, etc.

I got the same results when I tried to conduct a linear analysis with a continuous independent variable (such as illness duration).

I might not understand this correctly, so could you please clarify how to interpret the output files?

I used the SDM Linux version: v6.21

Thank you very much,

Orsi
