Hi, 

When I run my SDM main analysis (preprocessing -> Mean -> Thresholding), I do not get any results shown on MRICron, nor do I get any automatic results webpage. 

I am at a loss as to why this is. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

That's strange, as it should be open automatically... Please go to the directory of the mean analysis, where you should find the HTML with the webpage results.
