I plan to perform a coordinate-based meta-analysis by combining different rs-fMRI measures and I am interested to know what measures can be combined. Is it possible to combine peak coordinates derived from ALFF/fALFF, ReHo, ICA-DMN, and Functional connectivity measures (e.g., derived from voxel-based analysis or graph theory) in ES-SDM software?

Combining different rs-fMRI measures in a meta-analysis is inappropriate, as this would assume they represent the same underlying construct, which they do not. Each measure reflects distinct aspects of brain function.
