Issue with FWE Correction in SDMPSI - Processing Status Turns Red

Hi all,


I hope this message finds you well.


I am encountering an issue while using SDMPSI for FWE Correction and would like to seek your assistance in resolving it. 


During the FWE Correction process after LM, the "Loading Imputations" progress bar successfully reaches 100%. However, once the progress hits 100%, the "Processing Status" turns red, and the process halts without proceeding to the next steps. The simplified log does not provide any error messages, making it difficult to identify the root cause.


Since there are no error messages, I am unable to troubleshoot further. Could you please advise:



  1. What might be causing this issue?
  2. Are there any known solutions or recommended steps to resolve this?

Dear weijing, 


Have you checked that the "Mean Model" runs correctly? If you do a threshold with the maps, do you have a correct output?


If yes, try to run it again and send the complete execution log if continues failing.

Thank you very much for your response!


Fortunately, I was eventually able to run it successfully. After adding the mean analysis and the threshold, the Linear model was able to compute the FWE correction. If it didn’t run successfully, after reopening the threshold of mean analysis and  linear model, it was then able to compute the FWE correction.

I sincerely apologize for bothering you again. While calculating the data for the linear model, the software encountered an issue where it stopped running when the loading imputation reached 100%, and the processing status turned red. Prior to this, I had ensured that both the linear model and the mean model could run correctly and produce results.


For your reference, I have attached the complete execution log at the end of this email. If you need any additional information or data, please feel free to let me know.
