I have a question about processing time during the step "Model specification and estimation"

I am testing BASCO to analyze task-related functional connectivity. During the step "Model specification and estimation" I noticed that the time BASCO needs to process each participant increases as it processes data from each participant. For instance, the first participants were processed in less than 10min while when getting to the 10th participant, it took almost one hour per participant and then, at participant number 17, it took more than 3 hours per participant!

Is this dramatic increase in processing time per participant when looping through participants during "Model specification and estimation" a normal behaviour?
