Complete paths copied in some input variables
Hello there!
We found a strange behavior in the toolbox:
It grabs the complete path and copies it after some inputs. For example, we ended up with "Project_preproc.mat\C:/Users/Desktop/Preoject_preproc.mat".
That also happened when we tried to input fsl commands for wrapping functions.
The second error probably happens in the "GTG_Prepocess_GUI.m" in line 1895.
Are we doing something wrong?
Thanks for your attention
Yacila

Hello Dr. Spielberg,
I am using the GTG_beta_045.
Is there any new version?
Thanks
Yacila

RE: Complete paths copied in some input variables
Hi Yacila,
Nope, the new version is not ready for primetime yet!
First, it looks like you are using windows (vs. mac or linux), correct? If so, the attached script should fix your error. Just copy the attached script over your current version in the GTG folder.
Assuming you are using windows, the FSL issue is due to the fact that FSL does not run natively on windows (i.e., you have to use a VM). So, if you want to use FSL-based capabilities, you'd have to do so either on a linux/mac machine or in the VM in windows.
Best,
Jeff
