During the upcoming FENS Forum of Neuroscience in Milan, EJN is organizing a training seminar for neuroscientists who wish to improve the quality of their publications and maximize the impact of their research.

Date and Location

Saturday, July 5th 2014, 8:30 am – 12 pm; MiCo Convention Center, Milan, Italy

Target Audience

This course is aimed at neuroscientists (experienced postdoctoral fellows, instructors, assistant professors and other newly-appointed faculty members). Students are NOT eligible.

Aim of the course

This training seminar is organized by the editors of the European Journal of Neuroscience (EJN). The purpose of the course is to train participants to efficiently publish their research by a series of mini-lectures given by the editorial board members of EJN. The course will notably explain how to meet the expectations of editors and convey a clear message to the readers. Participants will also have the opportunity to bring manuscript drafts and ask specific questions to the editors in the “bring your paper” closing session.

Registration Fee

We request a EUR 70 fee to cover the costs of the event.
