Tool/Resource: ModelGUI
ModelGUI is finally due to be released as a beta version, to coincide with the 2013 OHBM Annual Meeting (16-20 June, Seattle). SEe http://www.humanbrainmapping.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3511. The release will be featured in a poster presentation at that conference; if you are by chance attending, please drop by poster #1442, June 17. ModelGUI has also now been added to the NITRC website (https://www.nitrc.org/projects/modelgui), which features neuroimaging software and datasets. The NITRC site will interact with the functionality of the Launchpad site. A final announcement will follow, once the beta version has officially been released and is downloadable. A few minor fixes remain to be implemented first!
