Let us know if there is anything you would like to see in the next
release of DKE!

Hello,
DKE is a very usefull tool for those interested in DKI studies.
I have noted that the skull region is more predominant in parametric output of DKE.
Attached screen for your reference. It would be great we can suppress this data a bit.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Emilie,
As we discussed, in Bruker ParaVision 6.0 the requested b-values and effective b-values can be significantly different and direction dependent (due primarily to the contribution from spoiler gradients). I'm hoping Bruker will be able to re-adjust the diffusion gradients so that what we ask for, is what we get.
But, the worst case scenario is that for ParaVision 6.0 data, DKE (and other DWI software) will need to be able to accommodate a different b-value for EVERY gradient direction. Annoying, but happy to help make this happen if I can.
Cheers,
Kirk
