I think this is the wrong venue to ask this question. I would
contact scientists who have published in the domain you are
interested in. In particular, those supported by the US National
Institutes of Health (NIH) are often obliged to share data as part
of their data sharing plan. Likewise, many journals expect data to
be openly shared.
