generating 3D images with .corrp files from FSL
Dear community,
I want to generate 3D renderings of my surface data from FSL's vertex analysis pipeline. The output files are in the form of .corrp files. How can I generate 3D view of the subcortical structures and add statistics map on those? An example of the kind of visualisation, I want to achieve is attached along with this.
Thank you for your help.

I think the answer depends on the format of your background images.
If the background images are a mesh (GIfTI, VTK, etc), you would
use Surfice. If the background image is a NIfTI image you would use
MRIcroGL. Perhaps you want to provide the sample images for a more
detailed response.
