Getting the list of control points at final resolution
Hi there,
I was wondering if it is possible to get the list of the coordinates of the control points used at the last iteration (final resolution).
I tried to use the option "-i" when calling DRAMMS from terminal, though I could find that kind of information.
I call DRAMMS with options "-x 9 -y 9 -z 1", so I am expecting a grid with spacing of 9 voxels in the XY plane and 1 voxel along the z-direction.
I think control points are evaluated during the execution of the function .../dramms-1.5.1/lib/Deform3D. However, I believe it is a x-sharedlib (and I am not sure how to read / modify code lines).
I was wondering if you could help me with this.
Many thanks,
Stefano.
