SVV
I am considering using our code for the program called SVV for this
test case. It is a Surface and Volume Visualizer program, that
takes advantage of many VTK features. It was proginall writtten by
Sean McInerny, is attributable to the HBP, and can be used to
visualise fMRI data.

RE: SVV
Point of (possible) interest: SVV draws heavily on the vtkFLTK
library, which lives on SourceForge:

RE: SVV
is fltk in NITRC? if so, that would be a new dependency we could
add.

RE: SVV
no, fltk is not in NITRC, so we can not set it as an official
dependency.
