Dear experts,
I am new to Surfice and my question is very basic. I am simply trying to represent in brainmesh.ICBM152 a thresholded map (derived from conn toolbox/spm) and also the patient's binarized lesion mask. Making an overlay I can see everything as expected, however I can't manipulate the features of the different layers separately to highlight any of them (for example, that the lesion looks brighter and stands out more with respect to the background image). Is there a way to do that?
