Issue Loading Subcortical (CIT168.mz3) and Additional Meshes
Hello,
Really enjoying this software thus far. I am trying to plot statistical maps onto subcortical structures. However, when I am unable to load the CIT168.mz3 mesh, as well as some others:
CIT168.mz3
AICHAhr.lh.mz3
surficetemp.mz3
lh.pial
boggle.lh.annot
I'm not sure if these meshes are included in Surfice or have to be obtained elsewhere. Any help is appreciated regarding how I can access and load these meshes.
Thanks,
Matt

RE: Issue Loading Subcortical (CIT168.mz3) and Additional Meshes
These should all come with your Surfice download. For example, you
should see AICHAhr.lh.mz3' displayed when you choose
the Scripting/Templates/create_atlas menu item. If this is not
the case, can you tell me where you downloaded Surfice from (NITRC
or Github) and the version string that is displayed when you choose
about. It should look something like this and provides details
about the software version, compilation and local computer
capabilities:

When I load the templates, the above meshes are unable to load. I
downloaded from NITRC. Here us the version string:

RE: Issue Loading Subcortical (CIT168.mz3) and Additional Meshes
Curioous, I wonder if the MacOS path randomization designed to
prevent maiicious software is impacting you. Can you drag and drop
the file named 'AICHAhr.lh.mz3' from your
~/Applications/Surfice/atlas folder onto Surfice. Once this is done
once, Surfice should be able to work out the path when the scripts
are run in the future.

Perfect! It's working now. Thank you.
