I have a number of correlations in a dataframe, each of which corresponds to a region of the cortex (DKT atlas regions), and I want to create a custom map to have the correlations correspond to different colors on a gradient and map that onto the surface of the cortex. I wanted to do something similar to this article here, but I cannot seem to get it to work the way they did it, and I also am not sure how to map values onto DKT atlas regions using Surf Ice. Would you know of a way to do this? Thank you.
