wrong searchpath for wfu_pickatlas
Hello, Qmodeling toolbox looks nice!
I have a question regarding wfu_pickatlas. I downloaded the wfu_pickatlas files and copied them to the SPM folder. It can succesfully open wfu_pickatlas using matlab by typing >>wfu_pickaktlas. But when I try to "Create masks with wfu_pickatlas" using Qmodeling, I get an error that wfu_pickatlas.m is not found. The corresponding error message in Matlab says.
Error using run (line 41)
\home\usuario3\Matlab\spm12\toolbox\wfu_pickatlas\wfu_pickatlas.m not found.
The error is not surprising because "\home\usuario3\..." is not my directory for smp12. Can I change the searchpath of Qmodeling for wfu_pickatlas?
Thanks in advance

RE: wrong searchpath for wfu_pickatlas
Hello!
Thank you for using QModeling. We are happy you like it and we hope you find it useful.
To the question, have you copied the wfu_packatlas folder to the toolbox folder of SPM? When you press the "Create masks with wfu_pickatlas", the corresponding function looks for the wfu_pickatlas toolbox at the same folder in which QModeling is, that is, whereverSPMis/toolbox. It seems that the function did not find the wfu_pickatlas folder at this location and it has tried to access a wrong path (This is a bug; we have fixed it and uploaded a new version to our web).
Please, let us know if this works.
Kind regards,
Francisco J.
