NITRC, problem finding afni tools, QA
Hello,
Any hints what can cause this error?
------
Could not find one or more AFNI tools (3dcalc, 3dvolreg, 3dFWHMx, 3dDetrend,
3dTstat, or 3dAutomask, so will not run FWHM, Ghost, or volume registration
calculations
------
Background info:
Debian wheezy, neuro-debian package, afni works fine, latest packages.
Trying QA ( https://xwiki.nbirn.org:8443/bin/view/Fu... ). Error on fmriqa_phantomqa.pl command. (First dicom2bxh without problems.)
Thanks,
Aleks

When you say afni works fine, I assume you have AFNI installed? Can
you
run each by itself in turn?
3dcalc
3dvolreg
3dFWHMx
3dDetrend
3dTstat
3dAutomask
and see if one of them returns a 'command not found'?

Yes, afni from neuro-debian.
First thing I did.... All giving around screen of data with date of compilation at the end... So yes, afni files are in path, had to set them manually....
Aleks
P.S. And afni itself starts well, no error message

SOLVED!
P.S. Manually add nitrc to path, it helps.... Don't know why.... :S
P.P.S. In debian: don't export, edit bashrc file....
