Atlases in standard space

I would like to know whether you have these atlases registered in MNI standard space (1mm or 2mm).

Sorry for the late reply. We haved added MNI space atlas in the new release.

Hi,
I checked the files from v2.5. I found a subfolder named as "Register-Atlas-Into-MNI-Standard-Space". The nii files in this folder seems not corrected to MNI space (am I wrong?). I also found several files end with "0GenericAffine.mat". How am I supposed to use these files?
