MRtrix Version 0.2.6 released Posted By: J-Donald Tournier - Mar 19, 2009Tool/Resource: MRtrix This release fixes a serious bug in the "streamtrack" tracking program. This bug caused incorrect tracking results in cases where the DWI data sets were acquired in an oblique plane. MRtrix users are STRONGLY urged to upgrade immediately, and to regenerate tracking results for any obliquely acquired data sets. Further information will be released on the MRtrix mailing list (http://www.nitrc.org/pipermail/mrtrix-di...). This release also includes a few performance enhancements, and fixes a number of minor bugs. |
