ABIDE II and CMI Healthy Brain Network data now on NITRC-IR Posted By: Christian Haselgrove - Nov 2, 2018Tool/Resource: NITRC Image Repository (NITRC-IR) The ABIDE II and Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network data sets are now available on NITRC-IR. The NITRC Image Repository allows for download of data as (release-based) projects and for cross-project searching and download of data. These releases bring NITRC-IR to over 10,000 subjects and almost 60,000 scans. Access to either new data set requires registration with NITRC and the 1000 Functional Connectomes project.
