QUINT workflow visualization & Waxholm V3 support?
Hi, I've just reached the end of the QUINT workflow and have been
pointed to MeshView as a visualization tool for the output. I can't
seem to find Waxholm v3 in MeshView- Is there support for the
latest Waxholm atlas version? If not, are there other tools you
compatible with the QUINT workflow that you can recommend?

RE: QUINT workflow visualization & Waxholm V3 support?
Hi,
I'm doing similar analysis and having the same doubts. Would love to know if there's any workarounds/alternatives.
Best,
Anh.

RE: Welcome to General forum for MeshView
Hi,
I hope you both get this mail - I didn't get yours because as it seems I wasn't "subscribed" to the forum...
The good news is that WHSv3 exists, https://www.nesys.uio.no/MeshView/meshview.html?atlas=WHS_SD_rat_atlas_v3 is the link for it.
In fact even the brand new WHSv4 atlas is available: https://www.nesys.uio.no/MeshView/meshview.html?atlas=WHS_SD_rat_atlas_v4
Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm subscribed to the forum now, at least that's what I hope.
Best regards,
Gergely
